Here are some frequently asked questions which you might find helpful.
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to process and pack all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them. Delivery times depend on your location but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. If you need your order in a hurry, please let us know and we will do our best to have your order delivered as soon as possible (this may incur additional costs if express postal services are required).
I’m a retailer and would like to stock your products, what should I do?

Your book says quilts and quilt kits are available to order. How can I order these?
Due to a change in personal circumstances, these are no longer available. We sincerely apologise for any disappointment. We would love you to be inspired by the book and learn to make a quilt, you will find it so rewarding. See our Shop for a Magic Quilt Tutorial and Pattern that we can email to you.
Can I return my purchase if I’m not happy with it?
We accept returns of all products within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in their original condition. Please contact us before you return anything as there may be an alternative way to sort out the problem. We can then send you our mailing address if necessary.
How can I pay for my order?
When purchasing online, we accept Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. All payments are processed through PayPal which you can still use, even if you don’t have a PayPal account (simply click “Don’t have a PayPal account” and you will be taken to a page where you can securely enter your credit card details). If you would prefer to pay by bank deposit, please contact us amd we will send you our bank details.
Can I pay safely on your site?
Yes, our site is verified as PCI compliant as level 1 and all your information and data are encrypted with industry standard 128 bit SSL. That means it’s safe!
