When will my order be delivered?

We aim to process and pack all orders within 3 business days of receiving them.  Delivery times depend on your location – if you are in Australia, please allow up to 6 business days for delivery and if you are overseas, please allow up to 28 business days for delivery.  If you need your order in a hurry, please let us know and we will do our best to have your order delivered as soon as possible (this may incur additional costs if express postal services are required). 

How much will my order cost to be delivered?

Delivery in Australia is free. International locations will incur a $10 delivery charge per book.

I’m a retailer and would like to stock your books, what should I do?

Can I return my purchase if I’m not happy with it?

We accept returns of all products within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in their original condition (unfortunately we cannot accept books with a personalised message).  Please contact us.

How can I pay for my order?

When purchasing online, we accept Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.  Alternatively, we can send you our bank details and you can transfer payment to our account. 

Can I pay safely on your site?

Yes, our site is verified as PCI compliant as level 1 and all your information and data are encrypted with industry standard 128 bit SSL.
